Erica Campbell

Founder & CEO

Meet Erica Campbell the founder and CEO of New Vision Health and Wellness. Erica is a Licensed Social Worker. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults using a variety of approaches tailored to each individual client. Erica attended Cleveland State University and earned a bachelor's degree in social work in 2017. Erica continued her education at John Carroll University and earned a master's degree in clinical counseling and School Counseling in 2021. Her areas of expertise include working with children and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, and schizophrenia. She has provided services in schools, offices, in the community, and group settings. Erica has extensive experience in clinical management and building programs to improve the quality of client services. Erica was a clinical supervisor for 3 years. Erica also served as a program coordinator for 2 years creating programming for different agencies. Erica has worked with many agencies to service the community. Erica has an undeniable passion to help people in the community and improve people lives one day at a time. Erica is dedicated to providing quality services to the individuals in the community and making a difference. Erica is committed to giving the world a New Vision on mental health!!

Crystal Murrell, PCC-S, LCDC III

Clinical Director

Crystal Murrell is a seasoned mental health professional and clinical leader committed to advancing the wellness of individuals, families, and communities through high-quality therapy, prevention, intervention, treatment, and education. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and ethical leadership, Crystal combines clinical excellence with strategic oversight to ensure effective, client-centered care. Crystal earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cleveland State University in 2008 and a Master’s Degree in Counseling in 2011 from Cleveland State University. She is licensed in the state of Ohio as a Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Designation (PCC-S) and as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III (LCDC III). In addition, Crystal is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), allowing her to effectively treat trauma, anxiety, and other stress-related conditions using an evidence-based trauma-informed approach. Her career began in 2008 as a Service Coordinator with Help Me Grow, where she supported mothers and families by promoting early prenatal and well-baby care and providing parenting education to strengthen child development outcomes. After completing her graduate training, Crystal worked within nonprofit organizations delivering mental health therapy and substance use prevention, intervention, and treatment services, with a primary focus on adolescent populations. In 2014, Crystal became independently licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC), followed by licensure as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III in 2016. In recognition of her clinical expertise and leadership abilities, Crystal was appointed Clinical Director in 2019. In this role, she provides clinical oversight, program development, and operational leadership to ensure high standards of care across services. As Clinical Director, Crystal supervises and mentors licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, ensures compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, and oversees clinical documentation, treatment planning, and quality assurance processes. She leads staff training and professional development initiatives, supports program evaluation and improvement efforts, and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness. Crystal utilizes an integrated therapeutic approach tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and EMDR. Her clinical competencies include trauma-informed care, personal and mental health counseling, parenting skills development, adolescent and childhood behavioral concerns, substance use assessment and treatment, crisis intervention, and family systems support. With over 13 years of experience serving children, adolescents, adults, and families in community-based and school settings, Crystal brings a balanced perspective of clinical care, leadership, and advocacy. Her dedication to ethical practice, trauma-informed treatment, staff development, and positive client outcomes continues to strengthen the quality and impact of the mental health services she leads.

Charity White, M.Ed., LPC, NCC

Clinical Supervisor & Therapist

Charity White is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most complex challenges. Charity brings a combined clinical and school-based counseling experience, working with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse educational, cultures, and community settings. Her background also includes years of executive administrative assistant experience, which strengthens her leadership, organization, and communication skills—qualities that enhance both her clinical work and her role as a supervisor. With a Master’s degree in Education focused on Clinical and School Counseling, Charity is grounded in therapeutic best practices, human development, and evidence-based interventions. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, integrating cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help clients cultivate emotional stability, resilience, and self-awareness. As a Clinical Supervisor, Charity is committed to fostering professional growth, ethical practice, and clinical excellence among emerging clinicians. She provides supportive, structured supervision that empowers new therapists to grow in confidence, competence, and clarity. Throughout her career, Charity has served as an educator, supervisor, therapist, and teacher, allowing her to approach each client with a holistic, systems-informed understanding. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate transitions, build healthier relationships, and achieve meaningful, sustainable change. Charity is dedicated to providing culturally responsive, compassionate, and collaborative care to every client she serves.

Janae Kinney

Administrative & Compliance Director

Janae Kinney is the Administrative and Compliance Director at New Vision Health & Wellness, where she oversees agency operations, compliance, and organizational infrastructure. Her work centers on building efficient, ethical systems that support person-centered behavioral health services while ensuring compliance with state and federal standards. With a background in behavioral health administration and organizational leadership, Janae leads onboarding, policy development, training coordination, and internal process improvement. She is completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources and is committed to strengthening operational foundations that allow clinical teams to focus on quality client care.

Michelle Lynch

Administrative Assistant

Michelle Lynch is the Administrative Assistant at New Vision Health and Wellness. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University in 2024. She is also a published children’s book author of Tommy’s Magic Word: Yet, a motivating story created to help children develop a perseverant mindset by reframing the statement of, “I can’t do it” into “I just can’t do it yet.” Her stories are designed to help children recognize and gracefully navigate challenges commonly faced during developmental growth.
